Eighteen years ago there was a crisis in the world economy. Despite that recession Leija Graf started Select Travel, convinced that there was a need for an expert offering EXQUISITE personal service and individually tailored travel to the WORLD'S BEST hotels. When global recession returned in 2008/2009, Select Collection was not shaken so hard thanks to our long experience, our sound finances and our well developed company values.

VALUE 1 - SECURITY
Reliability and honesty are the hallmark of all the people employed. Every day we are trusted with our clients' money to transform it into wonderful holiday experiences. Thus it is comforting for you to know that Select Collection has lodged substantial funds in travel guarantees to give security to all our customers in all our markets. If you book your flights or hotels separately on the Internet you do not get this security!
We maintain the highest credit rating (AAA), and insurance against airline insolvency is always included when you book with us. What is more, we are at your service not just before, but during and after your travels, and offer a 24-hour emergency telephone service.
VALUE 2 - VALUE FOR MONEY
Our prices should never be higher than the rates on the hotel's own website. Over 18 years of existence we have built up excellent relations with our hotel partners. We have offices in five countries and a substantial turnover. This means that we have buying power and are able to negotiate the best rates and services for our customers.
VALUE 3 - KNOW-HOW
With our highly travelled staff, we have a huge body of knowledge about the world and its far corners. We have visited the hand-picked hotels presented in our Collection, and we offer a variety to be able to meet your every need in respect of destination and hotel.

Select Travel was founded in 1992 by Leija Graf and sells exclusive, tailor-made travel to private individuals, companies and managements as well as travel agents. The Group has 32 employees in 5 countries and has a turnover of approximately 300 million SEK. In April 2009, CEO Leija Graf was awarded the Swedish Royal Patriotic Society medal for entrepeneurship in the field of trade and industry, presented by His Majesty King Carl-Gustaf of Sweden.
